Message	CAS controls firing and fuel.. take cas out turn it and listen for clicks. You can also use a inductive timing light and watch for the light which will also tell you if there's ignition.. But sine it was running before you changed the timing belt the best bet from what you've said is the CAS. Did you change out the cam gear oil seals?
